Our Service

Departure Service

We’ll assist you from the terminal entrance to immigration, including luggage check-in, boarding pass, and ED card filling. For the Silver package, we’ll also guide you from immigration to the departure lounge. For arrivals, we’ll handle your transfer from the domestic terminal to departure immigration.

Arrivals Service

We provide seamless assistance by escorting passengers from immigration to the front canopy or multi-storey parking of the terminal building. Additionally, we offer support to passengers arriving through the Visa on Arrival desk, guiding them from the desk point to the canopy or multi-storey car park, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free transition.

Arrivals To Domestic

We assist passengers by receiving them from immigration and escorting them to the airline booking counter at the domestic terminal. Additionally, we provide support to passengers arriving through the Visa on Arrival desk, guiding them from the desk to the airline’s booking counter before they proceed to immigration.

On Arrival Visa Support (Bangladesh)

Offered to travelers of Bangladeshi origin or from countries without a Bangladeshi mission. Issued for valid reasons like business, investment, tourism, or official duty. Requires valid passport, return ticket, accommodation/invitation proof, and visa fee in USD. Approval is subject to immigration clearance.
